What is Bucks4Me all about?

Bucks4Me is an online reward network, just like when you earn miles on an airline or cash-back on a credit card. The difference is that Bucks4Me is very diverse.

You don't have to stick with one store to earn Bucks, you also don't have to take your rewards in just one form. We have many partners that our members can shop with and redeem from.

As a member, you can earn reward Bucks for shopping at hundreds of brand-name merchant sites, responding to email offers, booking travel, even playing online games. Then you can redeem Bucks for gift cards and other great offers from the same wide range of stores, restaurants, airlines, and hotels.

How do I sign up for a Bucks4Me account?

To sign up for Bucks4Me, click on the Sign Up link at the top right of the site.
Complete the form and submit your information, and you will receive a confirmation email from Bucks4Me.
Click on the "Confirm my Email" button within this email and your registration will be complete.

What if I forgot my password and want to create a new one?

Click on the "Forgot your password" link that appears on the "Log In" page. Enter the email address and click "Submit." Once you've done that, Bucks4Me will send you a Reset Password email. Click on the link within this email and you'll be taken to the Reset Password page. Create a new password and you'll be ready to sign in.

How do I actually earn Bucks with the Bucks4Me Program?

You can earn Bucks in a number of ways.

For example:

- Shopping online, using our site as a starting point

- Clicking on emails we send out on behalf of our partners

- Booking travel with the sites you already use and trust

- and much, much more!

Is Bucks4Me Free?

Yes! Bucks4Me is FREE!

There is no charge to be a member or to redeem Bucks.

How do I redeem my Bucks for great rewards?

Go to the "Rewards" section of Bucks4Me.com, browse through our partners until you find one that you like and select the reward amount you want.
A Redemption Order form will pop up so you can verify your shipping instructions. Then click "Redeem."
Your Bucks for this order are immediately deducted from your Bucks Balance.
Once your items have shipped, your redemption status will be listed as "fulfilled" on your My Account Activity Statement.

Do I have to pay for shipping and handling when I order rewards?

Not unless specifically noted on the Reward page. This is the page you land on when you select the partner you with which you would like to redeem your Bucks. It lists the assorted rewards, their respective Bucks costs, and terms of the redemption offer. In most cases, you will simply redeem your Bucks on the reward of your choice and leave the delivery to us!

Will I earn Bucks for purchasing gift cards from Partner sites?

Unless specifically stated in the offer details, you won't earn Bucks for gift card or gift certificate purchases.

When are Bucks credited to My Account?

Most of our partners (the companies you reach through Bucks4Me) report transactions to Bucks4Me once a week. When you earn Bucks for making a purchase or registering for an online service, the Bucks usually post within 10 days. After 15 days Bucks are Redeemable for all types of great Rewards.

What are Pending Bucks?

These are earned Bucks that have been reported to us by our Partner, but not yet available for redemption.
Bucks go into a pending period to allow for returns or canceled orders.

When I purchase something from a partner. Do I earn Bucks for tax, shipping and handling?

Bucks are only awarded for the subtotal of your purchase–excluding sales tax, shipping and handling.

What does it mean when I see the words (Once),(Daily) and (Monthly)?

These are terms that are sometimes used to describe how often you can get a Bucks award:

(Once): Bucks4Me members can only earn Bucks for this offer once; you can make more purchases or transactions made through this offer, but they will not get you any more Bucks.
(Daily): Bucks4Me members can earn Bucks for this offer once a day. As soon as the calendar flips to the next day (at midnight Eastern Standard Time), you can earn Bucks for this offer all over again.
(Monthly): Bucks4Me members can earn Bucks for this offer once a month; any purchases or transactions made through this offer in the same calendar month won't get you any more Bucks.

Do Bucks expire?

Your Bucks will expire only if you are inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months. Please see the Bucks4Me Terms of Service for our definition of inactivity.

How can I ensure that the Bucks I have won't expire?

Your Bucks will not expire as long as you do one of the following within a period of 12 consecutive months: sign in and visit website (clickthru), survey completion, account profile update, or any Buck-earning or spending transaction.

What do I do if my Bucks total is missing or incorrect for a transaction?

Please allow up to 30 days for Bucks to appear in your account.

If your Bucks have not appeared after 30 days:

1.   Go to the "My Account" page (the "My Account" link appears on the top-right of every page on the site)
2.   Within "Account Statement" under "Activity" - find the transaction in question and expand the transaction by clicking on the "[+]" symbol
3.   Click on the "Contact Member Services" link that appears within the Description and submit a Member Services request

If you can't find the transaction in your statement, email Member Services and provide them with a copy of the purchase confirmation email you received from the partner. We cannot accept attachments, so you will need to copy and paste the purchase confirmation email into your email to Member Services. Your purchase confirmation must include the partner name, date of purchase, order number and subtotal (excluding taxes and shipping).

Are you not receiving any Bucks4Me Newsletters or Mail. Or is it going to your "Spam" or "Bulk" folders?

For some members, Bucks4Me Mail gets caught by over reacting spam filters.
The easiest way to make sure you get your Bucks4Me Mail delivered to your inbox is to add Bucks4MeMail@Bucks4Me.com to your email address book or contact list. If you have done this and are still not receiving Bucks4Me Mail, please contact Bucks4Me Member Services.

How do I close my Account?

We hope that you do not opt to close your Bucks4Me account. If you are having any issues please contact Member Services. However, if you wish to close your account, visit the My Account page where you will find the option to close your account. You can find the My Account page by clicking here.
